The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District intends to award a sole source contract to Datamaxx Applied Technologies Inc for a security and contractor screening and visitor access control system. This system is designed to support Presidential Directive HSPD-12 and other DoD mandates for vetting guests, visitors, and contractors at Stand Alone Facilities. The solution must comply with Criminal Justice Information Services standards and maintain connectivity to the FBI's National Crime Information Center III database. Datamaxx Applied Technologies Inc is identified as the only responsible source capable of meeting these requirements due to its ownership or licensing of patented technologies, specifically GREENLIGHT, I Review Now, and Omnixx. The government determined that no other commercial off-the-shelf solutions provide the necessary integrated, cloud-based model hosted within an NCIC/Nlets audited data center. The estimated cost for this service is less than 125,000 dollars, with pricing validated through market research and the company's commercial price list.
