Security Clearance Processing

This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. No funds are available to pay for the preparation of responses to this announcement. Information submitted is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government's minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing Security Administration Support Services as described in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement.

Requirement: The Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing Eleven (CPRW-11) requires contractor services to provide professional, administrative, and technical support for the CPRW-11 Special Security Office (SSO), Intelligence Directorate (N2), and security professionals throughout the CPRW-11. The contractor must perform a range of administrative security support functions, including processing security clearances, managing personnel security records in DISS, providing helpdesk support, and supporting security programs.

Place of Performance: Work will be performed primarily at the N2 offices of CPRW-11 located in Jacksonville, Florida.

NAICS Code: The potential North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

Contractor Information: Provide your company name, address, POC name, phone number, email, CAGE code, UEI number, and NAICS.

Size of Business: Large Business or Small Business. If small, please provide the socioeconomic status (e.g., 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone).

Contract Vehicle: State if the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or if they must be open-market.

Capability Statement: A brief description of your company's capability, resources, technical competencies, and organizational experience relative to the key task areas in the PWS. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate capabilities. The statement must also address your company's ability to provide personnel who meet and can maintain eligibility for Favorable SCI – ICD 704 security clearance at the time of contract start.
