Sedans, Nissan or equivalent

Iowa DAS Fleet Services is soliciting bids from qualified dealerships under solicitation 005-RFB-3200-2027 to provide MY27 Nissan sedans or equivalent vehicles. The scope specifically includes the SED 7 compact 4-door FWD Nissan Sentra and the SED 8 mid-size 4-door FWD Nissan Altima. This non-exclusive contract will be available for use by all State of Iowa agencies and eligible political subdivisions. The contract term begins upon award and expires on September 30, 2028, with the possibility of mutual renewal for up to three additional years. Bidders must be deemed responsible by satisfying all technical specifications and providing details on their years in business and technical experience. Required documentation includes Form 22 for confidential treatment of information and a completed Terminations, Litigation and Debarment document. All deliveries must be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid to the Iowa DAS Fleet in Des Moines. The contract includes a financial requirement where the bidder pays an administrative fee of 100 dollars per day for each vehicle sale, paid quarterly, with sales reports submitted at least every six months. Payment terms are set at 0% 0, Net 60. Bids must be submitted electronically by November 9, 2026.
