DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service has a requirement for animal packing services in support of Seqouia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8526Q0089 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.104-1, and the NAICS code is 713990 with an associated small business size standard of $9 million in average annual receipts. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clause may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
