Appel d’offres Service de main-d’œuvre journalier L’objet de l’appel d’offres consiste à recevoir des soumissions pour retenir les services d’employés journaliers, sur demande, afin d’effectuer divers travaux manuels selon les besoins opérationnels du Service des travaux publics. Le contrat est d’une durée de trois ans à compter de la date d’attribution. La présente demande est effectuée selon une procédure ouverte, conformément à la Loi sur les contrats des organismes municipaux (LCOM). Les critères et les modalités d’évaluation des soumissions, ainsi que les règles applicables en cas d’égalité, sont prévus aux documents d’appel d’offres.
