****This requirement will be procured with Enterprise License (Carahsoft) BPA (single award) and does not require an APFS record. Republished for vendor awareness only.*****
CISA OCIO has a requirement for ServiceNow licensed software products that provide the support tools, self service capabilities, and human led services essential to enabling CISA’s mission focused applications. ServiceNow functions as a core enterprise platform for delivering secure, resilient, and efficient IT services, workflows, and business processes across CISA. This includes mission critical case management, cybersecurity and physical security workflow automation, asset and configuration management, IT service desk operations, facility and access control workflows, and other established CISA operational and mission enablement applications.
ServiceNow, FedRAMP authorized, Platform as a Service and includes enterprise licensing for widely deployed ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and App Engine workflow capabilities. This gives all components (on Government Community Cloud (GCC) access to both solutions for all DHS employees, minimizing growth constraints and shared services limitations. Supporting the Government’s focus on AI-driven government modernization, each component has access to ServiceNow’s native generative (Now Assist) and agentic AI via the AI Starter Packs for ITSM and App Engine. Workflow Data Fabric (WDF), which replaces Automation Engine/Integration Hub, enables seamless integration with external systems. Pre-built connectors are available for SharePoint, Salesforce, Jira, Databricks, SCCM, Teams and many more.
