The work under this contract is to provide the equipment, materials and professional labour required to produce high-quality photos for various College activities, within a prescribed time as described in the Ceremonies sections. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
