Le Contrat est adjugé au SOUMISSIONNAIRE conforme ayant obtenu le pointage le plus élevé à la suite de l’application du système d’évaluation de la qualité des Soumissions. La Ville de Saguenay ne s’engage à accepter ni celle qui a obtenu le plus haut pointage final, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et n’encourra aucune obligation quelconque envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
