SETA Support Services

The Department of Defense, specifically the USA Joint Munitions Command, is seeking continued highly technical Science Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services to facilitate cloud migration and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modernization for the Army's Enterprise Business Systems. This effort, managed under solicitation 22-009, focuses on converging multiple business process solutions into a single Enterprise Instance and implementing centralized multi-cloud management to optimize cost and performance reporting. Key responsibilities include incident and problem resolution, the development of approved enhancements, and leading business process re-engineering efforts across various systems. This requirement is being pursued as a limited source justification for a labor-hour task order awarded to Alta Via Consulting, LLC via the GSA Multiple Award Schedules. The scope of work encompasses the completion of cloud migration, ERP system stabilization, and support for the Army Wide Data Plan and IT Service Management. Additionally, the contract leverages Alta Via's specialized ERP Cloud Lab for critical testing and prototyping to ensure the stability and modernization of the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems Business Mission Area.
