AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION: The closing date and time for the receipt of offers is hereby extended from Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 1200 PM CST, to Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 0900 AM CST.


14 SFS has a Brand Name Requirement for a Drone Detection Shield IAW DAFMAN 31-101_DAFGM2025-01, paragrpah 4.5, -centric Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) capability to provide persistent detection, identification, classification, and alerting of small UAS (sUAS) in and around Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB), MS. The capability will protect the 14th Flying Training Wing's training operations (≈260 sorties/day), support base security, and provide actionable, centralized situational awareness to the Base Defense Operations Center. The system must be designed so a defeat capability may be added later without replacing core detection infrastructure.
 
The requirement is for one (1) Lot of the Drone Shield Immediate Response Kit, including all associated non-personal services, labor, tools, and equipment required for setup and implementation as defined in the Statement of Work.


The vendor shall respond to this RFQ by email to Contract Specialist A1C Holly Walters (holly.walters.2@us.af.mil) and Contracting Officer Nina M Jones (nina.jones.2@us.af.mil) quotes are due by or before Wednesday, 5 August 2026 at 12 P.M. CST.
