The U.S. Air Force, through the 76th Maintenance Group at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is soliciting a sole-source acquisition of a replacement Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) from Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC, with CAGE code 325W6. The procurement, identified by solicitation number FA8126-26-Q-0037, is a Firm Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 12 for commercial items using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. Items exceeding 150 pounds, 108 inches in length, or 130 inches in girth plus length must be skidded, crated, or palletized with “NOT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE” marking.
