Siletz Head Start Building and Shed Repairs

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) is soliciting proposals for exterior building repairs for the Siletz Head Start classroom and its associated outside storage sheds in Siletz, Oregon. The scope of work includes the complete removal and disposal of existing roofing and the installation of 30lb Safe Guard underlayment, Malarkey Rubberized Asphalt Architectural Roofing shingles, stainless steel nails, low profile ridge caps, Smart start shingles, stainless steel perimeter metal drip and rake, and AF 50 roof vents. Additionally, the contractor must replace damaged or rotten facia boards and install aluminum painted sectional gutters and downspouts, ensuring a correct slope to prevent water from standing more than a half inch. The project also requires repainting the main building and sheds using top quality Sherwin Williams paint. All work must be completed within 45 days of proposal acceptance, and the job site must be left clean and free of debris. Proposals are due by October 28, 2026, at 4:00 pm Pacific Time and should be submitted to DeAnn Brown, Head Start Director. The contract will be awarded to the submitter deemed most advantageous to CTSI based on a 100-point evaluation system: 50 points for experience and capability, 30 points for fees, and 5 points for proposal format and criteria. Applicants must provide a detailed cost breakdown, two professional references, a service delivery plan, and a statement of proposal validity for 90 days.
