Subject: Single Source Procurement – TORSH Talent Platform Licenses and Services The North East Florida Educational Consortium (NEFEC) intends to award a procurement as a Single Source Procurement in accordance with its Policy 450.03 and Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received in reference to this Notice will be for the sole purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement is in the best interest of NEFEC. This is not a solicitation, and there is no solicitation available. A Single Source Procurement is a purchase directed to one source because of standardization, warranty, or other factors that, for justifiable reasons, are found to be most advantageous to NEFEC, even though other competitive sources may be available. A Single Source Procurement is a noncompetitive procurement method. Interested parties are encouraged to notify the Purchasing Agent in writing and provide their company or agency name, address, contact name, contact email, and a statement describing their capability to provide the requested goods or services.
