The Division of Contracts and Procurement has received a request to purchase from a “sole source” vendor. If, for any reason, any party does not agree that this sole source purchase is applicable, please email the contact person for Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement Division prior to March 10th, 2026 by 1:00 PM Mountain Time. Salt Lake County seeks to: Partner with NAMI, as the premier mental health disorder advocacy organization in Utah, for residents with mental health disorders. It is our understanding that because of the national prominence of NAMI, no other mental health organization in the State of Utah would have the same name recognition and reputation to as effectively receive and serve the community and refer them to appropriate mental health treatment in both the private and government systems, depending on client insurance and resources.
