The Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command, Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to award a sole source contract for two (2) Sniper Sustainment Training Courses of Instruction (COI) to Accuracy 1st, Inc. (AF) to train NSW personnel with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA) to successfully conduct precision long-range shooting and NSW sniper operations. AF developed the Atrag and AB ballistic programs and the TreMoR II reticle, and are therefore uniquely qualified to provide instructor level training expertise on the systems. The COI will be for a period of 5 days, for up to 16 students. The COI will take place at the Contractor facility. The dates for the COIs are: 13 June 2016 - 17 June 2016 20 June 2016 - 24 June 2016 The Sniper Sustainment COI will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
