Snow Plowing - Athens Regional Group

The Upper Canada District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) invites quotations for Snow Plowing, and Salt/Sanding at various Board sites within the ATHENS REGION Grouping for a ONE-year contract (with multiple year extension options). Contract TermThe contract term will be for the 2026-2027 winter season. The Board, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend this term for four (4) additional one (1) year periods with rates negotiated each time. Any proposed increase should align with Consumer Price Index (CPI) and be supported with justification. The Owner may reject unjustified increases and decline any extension if agreement isn’t reached.
