Snow removal and de-icing services for SSA Headqua

The Social Security Administration’s Office of Acquisition and Grants is seeking snow removal and de-icing services for its Headquarters Complex in Woodlawn, Maryland, under solicitation 28321326Q00000109, issued as a commercial services acquisition under FAR Part 12. The contract encompasses a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a possible six-month extension, covering approximately 11 miles of roadways, 72 acres of parking lots, and 22 miles of sidewalks. Offerors must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to achieve complete snow and ice removal down to clear, dry pavement, including proactive brining and use of a snow melting machine for large accumulations.
