As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining high-quality living standards for our residents, we are seeking qualified General Contractors to provide timely and cost-effective Snow Removal Services. Details of this solicitation are included in the attached documents. Submission Instructions: Each firm submitting a bid is responsible for carefully reviewing and complying with all Terms, Conditions, and Instructions outlined herein and in the attached materials. By submitting a bid, the firm agrees to adhere to these requirements. A complete list of required documents can be found in Attachment A – Form of Bid. All bids must be submitted by the stated proposal due date. Awards will be given on a Best Value basis to the responsible and responsive Bidder(s) whose proposal is determined to provide the greatest overall value to the Agency for the applicable locations. Best Value will not necessarily be determined solely on the basis of the lowest price. The Agency may consider price, qualifications, experience, past performance, availability and responsiveness, proposed approach, equipment and staffing capabilities, references, and other factors identified in this solicitation. Please note that each project will be treated independently, and all required documentation must correspond to the specific project. Additionally, all submitted forms must reflect dates consistent with the project timeline.
