Soda Bay Recycle (0P530)

The Soda Bay Road Recycle project, managed by Caltrans District 1 in Eureka, involves corrective maintenance on State Route 281 in Lake County. The work is located between postmiles 15.4 and 17.0, specifically from 0.2 mile west of Inca Way to Route 29 near Clearlake Riviera. The primary objective is to preserve the integrity of the roadway through partial depth recycling and the placement of an RHMA overlay.
