This requirement also includes options to purchase additional quantities of annual concurrent user licenses for the SaaS Online Survey solution (including maintenance and support), and professional services and training requirements. The responsive bid with the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract. Proposal documents and supporting information must be submitted in either English or French.
