Full Description
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101(2) using other than full and open competition under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This is a notice of intent to award a four-year firm fixed price purchase order and is not a request for competitive proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1.
The Department of State intends to award a sole source purchase order to renew 2,000 software licenses that provide access to 1) Accurint LE, 2) LE Plus Accurint TraX and 3) ProMonitor to:

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Prior to awarding the purchase order, State Department needs to determine if there is a reasonable chance of having two or more companies submit proposals to provide 1) Accurint LE, 2) LE Plus Accurint TraX and 3) ProMonitor or similar investigative web-based platforms for visa and passport fraud cases.
To make this determination, State Department requests all interested parties to provide the information below in their capability statement by 12:00 pm East Coast time June 24, 2026.
