The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Digital Intelligence, Inc., located at 17165 West Glendale Drive, New Berlin, WI 53151-2737. The items required are as follows: Item #1 - Ultra Block USB3 Kit USB 3 to USB 3 write Blocker;: Item # 2 SAS Protocol Module and Item # 3 TD 3 Forensic Imager kits. Guidance Software is the manufacturer; however, Digital Intelligence (based in new Berlin, Wisconsin) is the only reseller for this requirement. This software must be compatible with the current software that the FBI currently owns. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 423510. Digital Intelligence, Inc. is the only source available to meet the FBI's requirements. This is a One Time Buy. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
