Full Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award sole source purchase orders to American Towers, LLC, 116 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02116-5749 for antenna site space at the following locations: Tower #35001 - Robstown #1/Corpus Christi, TX Tower #4319 - Zapata #1 (TX) A purchase order will be issued for each location for a base period of 12 months plus four 12 month option periods. The period of performance will commence on 2/1/2020. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement, and the geographical location of the tower, no other location is acceptable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are not being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. No phone calls will be accepted, and voice mail messages will neither be acknowledged nor returned. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b). This service is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12.
