The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division is soliciting a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service Contract under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures for a one-year maintenance agreement on the G3T Pacer GSM System. This procurement, identified by solicitation number N00164-14-T-0269, covers a period of performance from September 30, 2014, to September 30, 2015. Inspection and acceptance are designated as F.O.B. Destination at the Lake Glendora Test Facility in Sullivan, Indiana. The government intends to award this contract as a sole source to G3 Technologies, located in Columbia, Maryland, as the original source of the system. This determination is based on the likelihood that awarding the contract to another source would cause unacceptable delays in fulfilling agency requirements. While the government is open to reviewing capability statements from other responsible sources to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted, the final decision remains at the discretion of the government. All proposals were required to be submitted to the point of contact, Sable Howard, by August 22, 2014.
