Le Réseau de transport de la Capitale (ci-après l’« OPTC ») assure la prestation des services de transport en commun sur le territoire de l’agglomération de Québec. Il veille à assurer la mobilité des personnes en proposant une offre de transport collectif efficiente et en favorisant l’intégration des différentes solutions de déplacement.
