Alberta ShareIT Program - Pre-qualification Request - SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPLIER INTAKE NOTICE - Information Technology Services Roster

The Alberta ShareIT Program is conducting a supplemental intake for additional qualified suppliers to join the existing Information Technology Services Roster, originally established under RFPQ C22-004. This opportunity is designed to allow new suppliers to qualify and participate in future Second Stage Procurement Initiatives with ShareIT Participating Members, while current roster suppliers can also apply to expand their qualifications to additional IT service categories. The eligible service categories include Cybersecurity Services, IT Project Management, Development and Operations Services, Network Services, and Infrastructure Services. Suppliers who successfully qualify through this supplemental intake will be added to the roster and able to take part in procurement initiatives throughout the remainder of the current roster term, which expires on April 30, 2028. Proponents are required to review the Supplemental Supplier Intake Notice along with the original RFPQ documents and submit their responses via the Euna procurement portal by June 30, 2026. The contracting authority overseeing this process is Sarah Dixon, and the solicitation operates under the Alberta ShareIT Program, affiliated with the Government of Canada.
