This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


 FA468626Q0012 is issued as an RFQ.


This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.


(ii). A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission.


(iii). The 9th Maintenance Squadron (MXS) at Beale Air Force Base requires bi-annual preventative servicing and repair of two (2) government-owned Solvent Parts Washers. The contractor shall provide bi-annual routine inspection/service and unscheduled repair for the solvent parts washer system. The services are done to ensure its longevity, safety, and continuous operational readiness. This comprehensive service requires the replacement of approximately 318 gallons of cleaning solvent, using the Military standard: MIL-PD-680 Type II or equivalent solvent. As well as a thorough interior tank cleaning, and the strict management and legally compliant disposal of all generated hazardous waste. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for executing all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) required preventative maintenance checks across the system's mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components. To guarantee the system is returned to a fully operational state after each scheduled visit, the service also includes the provision and installation of OEM or approved equal replacement parts, with predefined authorization thresholds for minor and major repairs, all performed in strict adherence to the reference manuals and standards listed in Attachment 2 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

(vi). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer.
