Title: Soterix Medical, Inc HD-IFS PRO 8 Channel Stimulator Purchase for HPSNS Lab
Background Information: Our overall program objective is to perform translational human subjects research that leads to the development of new therapeutic technologies for the rehabilitation of motor skill function following brain injury or stroke. Our previous work, as well as the work of other research groups in our field, has indicated that non-invasive stimulation of deeper brain structures such as the basal ganglia or hippocampus can facilitate learning of new motor skills and rehabilitation outcomes in stroke patients. This TIS system, will provide for the the first time, a new capability within the lab to target and modulate these deep brain structures with non-invasive brain stimulation.

CLOSING STATEMENT

This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this notice. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties' bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include a technical proposal, a cost-price proposal, the period of performance, the Unique Entity ID (UEI), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size.
