THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.


This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.


The Government anticipates a firm- fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and one (1) 12- month option year. As part of its market research, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office -West (MRCO-W) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify and determine if there are potential sources that are interested in the requirement and have the capabilities to provide radiopharmaceuticals and cold kits, (Ref. Attachment 1). The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.


This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this source sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, if a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government wide Point of Entry, if applicable. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
