MINIMUM CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Interested firms shall demonstrate capability to:

Provide installation and configuration services.
Provide on-site clinical training.
Provide warranty support and ongoing service capability.

INDIAN ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE REQUIREMENTS

Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) responding to this notice shall identify their eligibility under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and the implementing regulations at HHSAR Subpart 326.6.

The Government will use responses to determine whether sufficient competition exists among eligible IEE/ISBEE firms to support a Buy Indian set-aside acquisition.

PAYMENT TERMS
