1. Introduction

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only. It is not a solicitation for proposals or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted.

The 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a highly specialized, comprehensive combatives training, certification, and refresher program.

2. Requirement Overview

The primary requirement is to teach, certify, and maintain the proficiency of a 2,500-Soldier Special Forces unit in accordance with United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) standards.

Due to the critical nature of special operations mission readiness, the Government requires instructors who possess highly specialized credentials and direct, long-term operational experience supporting combat operators.
