Sport Resource Group — Portable sports containment solutions

The agreement mandates strict adherence to various federal compliance standards, including the Buy American Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, and EPA guidelines for recovered materials. Delivery and performance terms are negotiated on a transaction-by-transaction basis between the supplier and the participating entity. Administration of the contract is managed by Sourcewell, with the supplier responsible for maintaining all required certifications and reporting any changes in their business status.
