This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2024-05, effective May 22, 2024.


The U.S. Embassy located in Belgrade, Serbia intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside.  Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 19RB1026Q0318.


All the terms and conditions, provisions, and clauses in the RFQ # 19RB1026Q0318 apply to this solicitation.


The Offeror shall enter, in the block with its name and address on the cover page of its offer, the annotation "Unique Entity Identifier" followed by the unique entity identifier that identifies the Offeror's name and address exactly as stated in the offer.  See www.sam.gov for establishing a unique entity identifier for your organization. Proposals from companies without a UEI number will be considered technically unacceptable.


All questions shall be submitted by 5:00PM, UTC+2 Belgrade time on May 22, 2026.  The USG is not obligated to answer questions submitted after this time.  All reasonable questions submitted by the date listed above will be answered on this web page. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with quoters. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary.


Quote packages are due by 5:00 PM, Belgrade time (UTC+2) May 28, 2026. Late quotes will not be considered.  Please fill in clauses in Section 5 of the RFQ as they apply to your business.
