REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada operates an Administration Building in Rogers Pass, British Columbia within Glacier National Park. The Administration Building was built in the 1960s and includes equipment stores and offices used by Resource Conservation, Avalanche Control, and Assets teams within Parks Canada.
The Administration Building has undergone renovation in 1983 and 2003. The current boiler plant and system is outdated and is in need of replacement and upgrade. The project includes demo and removal of existing boiler plant and installation of new system.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
