NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is soliciting semi-annual maintenance services for five Stanley sliding glass doors located at Naval Station Norfolk under solicitation N0018926QL191, with responses due by June 18, 2026. The work encompasses biannual inspections and servicing of door components including weather stripping, felt seals, tracks, caps, and hanger wheels, along with verification and adjustment of threshold sensors and safety beams to meet ANSI 156.10 standards. All tasks must be performed in compliance with the Performance Work Statement, and the contractor is responsible for providing all tools, materials, and chemicals necessary to complete the work. Contractors must ensure compliance with a wide array of regulatory requirements including the Service Contract Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity for Workers with Disabilities, and prohibitions on contracting with inverted domestic corporations and foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems. All personnel requiring facility access must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with at least three years of legal residency, have completed a favorable NACI or T1 investigation with FBI fingerprinting, and be cleared for CAC eligibility if accessing sensitive systems. Employees must complete OPSEC awareness training within 30 days of onboarding and annually thereafter, and the contractor must safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information as defined by DoD policy. Payment must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow system using approved document types, and the contractor is required to maintain current representations and certifications in the System for Award Management, including small business status and compliance with Buy American and Trade Agreements provisions.
