Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Sterrad Systems Consumables & Related items from Advanced Sterilization Products Services Inc. under Vizient GPO contract #CE3101, dated 04/01/2017-06/30/2024 , a contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell the Sterrad Systems Consumables & Related items may, if interested, contact the Officer listed below to discuss the procurement. Concurrent with GPO contract period 04/01/2017-06/30/2024. In the event that contract# CE3101 is extended, SUNY Stony Brook reserves the right to extend the resulting agreement for the same term. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below.
