The fast, high frequency rail project is a transformative initiative that aims to revolutionize intercity travel in the Québec City to Toronto corridor (the Project) , the most densely populated and most industrialized region of Canada. HFR’s communications team plays a pivotal role in this ambitious Project, serving as the bridge between the project team, stakeholders and the public. The team ensures that every stakeholder and member of the public is not just informed of the Project’s challenges and achievements but that they are engaged in a meaningful partnership through consultation, updates and meetings open to the public. Through strategic planning and effective execution, the communications team, assisted with communication agencies, ensures that the Project maintains a positive reputation, engages with all relevant parties and achieves its goals. To assist HRF with its communication efforts, this RFSA is for three (3) streams supporting HFR by delivering advisory and tactical communication requirements (the Streams). The Streams are as follows: 1. Stream One – Government Relations 2. Stream Two – Public Relations Communications 3. Stream Three – Communications & Internal Communications
