This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Fleet Vehicle Rentals, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is seeking a reliable rental service provider to supply light and medium duty vehicles on an as needed basis to support ongoing and seasonal municipal operations. The successful Proponent will be responsible for the timely provision, delivery, maintenance, and retrieval of rental vehicles, ensuring consistent availability, roadworthiness, and a high standard of service throughout the rental term. The County strongly recommends that proponents attend the Optional Pre-Proposal meeting as the Count intends to highlight key aspects of the Master Framework Agreement, including vehicle delivery expectations, documentation requirements, acceptance procedures, and related administrative processes and offer proponents an opportunity to ask questions. RFP documents should be obtained from the Euna portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca.
