West Basin owns several water recycling facilities that are operated by contract operator. The Phase IV Microfiltration (MF) system at the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility (ECLWRF) is a pretreatment for reverse osmosis systems. The MF membranes have reached the end of their life and need to be replaced. The microfiltration membrane supplier (herein called Supplier) shall provide qualifications in accordance with the requirements specified herein.
