Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is looking for a reliable and recognized source of historical data and projections of inbound and outbound travels across the Canadian border. This will be used to inform and support operational and financial planning as well as to support the development of scenarios to devise changes to immigration policies and programs. Access to such data will support the development of volume forecasts for key IRCC business lines, and enable the collection and development of various metrics, economic and others, in order to assess and devise scenarios around visa requirements for all countries around the World. Canada is seeking to establish a contract from the date of contract award to July 31st 2025, with two (2) one-year option periods. Options for this contract are as follows: Option 1: August 1st 2025 – July 31st 2026 Option 2: August 1st 2026 – July 31st 2027
