The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton will issue a solicitation to obtain Subsistence and Meat Products. The solicitation will be for the 1st Quarter of Fiscal Year 2012. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The FBO is destination. The delivery starting date is October 1, 2011. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Elkton, OH 44415. Failure to comply with the stated item specifications could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. NO SPECIFICATION SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in the aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government.
