SUITE A MODERNIZATION (GROUND FLOOR) AT 10 PEEL CENTRE DRIVE, CITY OF BRAMPTON, PROJECT 185255

The Region of Peel is seeking a qualified vendor for the Suite A Modernization project at 10 Peel Centre Drive in Brampton, Ontario. This project, identified as Project 185255, primarily involves the replacement of ground floor curtainwalls and doors. The scope of work encompasses the installation of aluminum framed glazing systems, air barrier systems, aluminum solid panel cladding, and various interior finishes including gypsum board and painting. The contract is governed by the CCDC 2-2020 standard form and includes specific requirements for thermal insulation and moisture protection.
