Solicitation # 80KSC024R0010
The NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center is managing an agency-wide indefinite delivery requirements contract for the supply of liquid and gaseous helium to support aerospace flight, research, and testing operations across multiple U.S. facilities. The contract features a five-year potential period of performance, consisting of a two-year base period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2027, and three one-year option periods extending to September 30, 2030. Current awardees include Airgas USA LLC (South and West), Linde, Inc., and Messer LLC. However, the government maintains an innovative opt-in process allowing both existing contractors and new entrants to compete for additional IDIQ subCLIN locations. For the 2027 opt-in opportunity, interested parties must submit a Capability Form by November 20, 2026. Award decisions are based on the total lowest evaluated price per CLIN, which includes unit product prices, delivery charges, and other associated pricing.
