Supply & installation of metal guardrails & handrails for a U.S Mission Residence in Marseille.

The US Embassy Paris is soliciting a firm-fixed price contract for the supply and installation of metal guardrails and handrails at the US Consulate General residence garden in Marseille, France. The project requires the fabrication of carbon steel railings with hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating suitable for marine environments, adhering to both US and French building codes, including IBC 2024 and Eurocodes. The contractor must hold a valid Qualibat certification for structural and architectural metalwork and provide a minimum 10-year anti-corrosion warranty. Performance is mandatory, with work beginning within 20 calendar days of award and completion required within 90 calendar days. Eligible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and possess a permanent business address and telephone listing in France. Technical requirements include at least five years of experience with five similar projects and the provision of an English-speaking supervisor on site.
