Supply and Installation of Murray Street Satellite Yard Modular Site Offices

The City of Port Moody is seeking proposals under RFP26-27 for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of modular site office facilities at the Murray Street Satellite Yard located at 3016 Murray Street, Port Moody, British Columbia. The project requires approximately 1,000 square feet of office space to accommodate 10 to 12 supervisory staff, starting in Fall/Winter 2026 for an approximate five-year term. The facilities must include heating and air conditioning, standard power and communication portals for each workspace, and a shared area for equipment and supplies, while specifically excluding washroom amenities within the trailer units.
