Deliver and install up to three (3) Above Ground Steel Deck Weigh Scales from the list of four possible locations (one at Location 1: Huntsville (100 x 11 ft), one at Location 2: Calstock (100 x 11 ft), one at Location 3: White River (100 x 12 ft), and one at Location 4: Golden Lake).
In Ontario, weight measurement using scales is the primary mechanism used for measuring timber harvested from Crown lands and is an essential part of the ongoing recovery of Crown timber charges (revenue) as required under the Crown Forest Sustainability Act. The Ministry of Natural Resources manages a large inventory of weigh scale assets across the province.
