Supply of multifunction printers and 36" plotter printer

The U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the supply of multifunction printers and a 36-inch plotter printer to support the Legatt Attaché Office at the Centro Nacional de Antiterrorismo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The solicitation, numbered 19AR2026Q0026, seeks one or two units of the Xerox Atlalink Color C7125 ATT or an equal model, one or two units of the Xerox Versalink B415 or an equal model, and one 36-inch plotter printer. All equipment must be delivered FOB Destination no later than 20 calendar days after award, with earlier delivery strongly favored. Proposals must be submitted electronically in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF format by June 22nd, 2026, at 12:30 local time, to RodriguezGS2@state.gov, with individual files not exceeding 30MB. Proposals must be in English and include a fully completed SF-1449 form, Section 1 (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), and proof of active SAM registration with the Unique Entity Identifier; failure to provide any of these elements will result in rejection. The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror, with responsibility determined under FAR 9.1, assessing financial capability, past performance, organizational competence, and ethical conduct. The Government retains the right to reject unreasonably high or low prices and to conduct non-destructive or destructive testing of any equipment to ensure compatibility with Department of State information systems. Compliance with DOS security requirements for unclassified information and CUI, adherence to the Buy American provisions, and exclusion of certain telecommunications suppliers as defined in SAM are mandatory. All Contractor personnel requiring access to DOS facilities must comply with the Department’s Personal Identification Card Policy, and this obligation must be flowed down to subcontractors. SAM registration must be complete by the time of delivery, and failure to maintain current registration may result in unilateral award revocation. Questions must be submitted no later than June 18th, 2026, at 12:30 local time to receive binding responses.
