TITLE
Supply qualified labour to maintain and repair uninterruptible power supply units (UPS) and static switches according to the recommendations of the manufacturer Schneider Electric at the John H. Chapman Space Centre (JHCSC) in Longueuil.
OBJECTIVE
The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) is seeking to retain the services of a company to maintain and repair uninterruptible power supply units (UPS) and static switches for its facilities at the John H. Chapman Space Centre in Longueuil, Quebec.
The purpose of the contract is to retain the services of a contractor who can provide the expertise, safety and work equipment, materials, consumables and skilled labour to carry out the work required.
TERM OF CONTRACT
The Work is to be performed from the contract award to April 30, 2027.
OPTIONAL PERIOD
Option to Extend. The Contractor grants Canada the irrevocable option(s) to extend the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same terms and conditions and at the prices, rates, or both stated in the Contract.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER:
PWGSC FILE No. 20250341
1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
3. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC.
4. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the:
a) Security Requirements Check List and Supplemental Security and Classification Guide (if applicable), attached at Annex Security Requirements Check List (SRCL)
b) Contract Security Manual (Latest Edition).
