All qualified applicants who respond to the invitation and meet the requirements will be awarded contracts, with a significant funding range between five million and twenty million dollars. Vendors are instructed to submit their responses as detailed in the IFA document, specifically outside of the U3P system, to ensure proper receipt by the department.
