The Program Acquisition Executive Marine Corps, through the Program Manager Tactical Communications and Electromagnetic Warfare Systems, is conducting market research via solicitation M67854-27-I-2002 to identify vendors capable of providing commercial-off-the-shelf tactical camera systems, lenses, and accessories. This initiative aims to establish a sustainable, multi-year evergreen technology refresh cycle for the Visual Information Acquisition System Family of Systems using a Hardware-as-a-Service operating lease model. Key technical requirements include full Trade Agreements Act compliance for all hardware and native or certified compatibility with the Canon RF lens mount standard. The scope of work involves custom kitting, staging, and integration of multi-component systems, including the integration of Government Furnished Equipment laptops, with delivery in government-specified transit cases such as foam-cut Pelican cases. Additionally, the vendor must manage end-of-lease services, including physical return and verified data sanitization of storage media. The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Network Contracting Office VA South Texas, is conducting market research to establish a procurement strategy for the lease and maintenance of Rotoprone Therapy System beds for the VA North Texas Health Care System in Dallas, Texas. These specialized beds are critical for treating patients with acute pulmonary complications, such as acute respiratory distress syndrome, by providing automated prone therapy to improve oxygenation and reduce mortality. Additionally, the equipment provides air-fluidized therapy for advanced pressure redistribution to treat complex skin wounds, burns, and pressure ulcers. The scope of work includes the provision of all labor, equipment, supervision, and expertise required for the short-term lease and maintenance of these systems, which must be performed by qualified personnel using approved tools and replacement parts. This sources-sought notice, under NAICS code 532490, aims to determine if the requirement should be a sole source, unrestricted, or a set-aside for small businesses, with a particular interest in Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Interested vendors must provide their business details, SAM UID, and estimated market research pricing by November 2, 2026. A critical requirement for all respondents is the provision of documentation proving they are an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller of the Original Equipment Manufacturer, as the VA will not accept gray market items.
